ABOUT

Adjective - A word that gives a description, narrating a story and providing a sustainable concept. It can be a visual adjective or an inner adjective.

Hong Kong based STUDIO ADJECTIVE is co-founded by Emily Ho and Wilson Lee. As a multidisciplinary spatial and object design agency, ADJECTIVE insists to design with strategies that focus on connections with human, community and the city. Thus, creating the project with a unique adjective and enhance the project’s self-sustainability in the market.

Studio Adjective has collaborated with Japanese furniture brand “Ishinomaki Laboratory石卷工房”and designed the award-winning “Tripodal Stool” and “Tripodal Shelf”, and the leading design of “Vanity Mahjong” for Louis Vuitton. Recent spatial design projects include KIN Food Halls, Omotesando Koffee.

WILSON LEE
Founder & Design Director

As the Design Director and Co-founder at Studio Adjective, Wilson spearheads a vast array of spatial and object designs. His design approach orients around weaving simple design strategy and sophistication together and communicating with his succinct design language to narrate a good story. He anchors his design to cultivate genuine connections among people, space, and objects.

Born and educated in the architectural design field in Hong Kong, after graduating from the study, Wilson worked in the award-winning EDGE Design Institute on a considerable amount of concept-driven projects. In 2016, he co- founded Studio Adjective with his partner Emily Ho and further extended their vision in founding Objective Lifestyle Shop to introduce storytelling homeware products and object selections from around the world in 2019.
